Simon Gallery's Summer Mixed Exhibition features paintings by a new Gallery
artist Marcus Sandeman with compositions of coastal and fishing themes as
well as abstract compositions. Sandeman grew up in Wales and studied at
Plymouth University before extensively travelling around New Zealand, so
the sea and his observation of fishing communities are, naturally, favourite
subjects.
Pete Trill is showing his stunning repoussé sculpture and drawings featuring the female form and Epona, the Gallo-Roman Goddess 'Protector of the Horses'. Kisa is exhibiting her latest paintings in oil exploring abstract and mythical landscapes and vibrant and expressive compositions of still lifes. |
