Jessica Stride trained at the Bristol School of Art and the University of the West of England.

Each of Jessica's paintings is a container of emotions, telling their own story through human expression. They reflect subconscious feelings, and evolve through a process of painting with many layers. The forms, composition and colour go through many changes, resulting in images which reveal the artist's 'inner feelings and sometimes hidden realities'.

Jessica Stride has held a number of one-person
exhibitions in Bristol as well as participating in many group exhibitions in London and the Southwest.

In Spring 2007 she participated in Figures in the Landscape at David Simon Gallery.
